Service Scope

VPNWake provides subscriptions to international routes and access to compatible clients, covering 110+ countries / 150+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The user panel shows the available routes, client access eligibility, and subscription status.

The service provides network connectivity; it does not include accounts, memberships, or content licenses for third-party websites. Access to international websites remains subject to each platform's regional, account, and usage requirements. A successful route connection does not guarantee access to every feature on a target platform.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; a username and password are all you need to create an account. Keep your login credentials and subscription link secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account. Subscription links grant access and should not be posted on public pages, code repositories, or group channels. If a link is exposed, take action in the user panel promptly and submit a support ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time, for devices managed by the account holder. This does not permit sharing an account with others, distributing a subscription, or reselling the service. You may not provide a personal subscription to third parties by renting it out, reselling it, or offering it as a public proxy.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted to the remaining days. Data packages remain valid until used and never expire. Before choosing, check the pricing page and order details for the price, data allowance, and billing method, so you can distinguish a monthly subscription from a data package.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and any regions involved in your use of the service. You may not use the service for unlawful purposes. Do not use the routes to conduct cyberattacks or fraud, violate another person's privacy or intellectual property, distribute unlawful content, or access another person's account or systems without authorization.

You may not disrupt the service, abuse network resources, or attempt to obtain other users' data. Decisions made by target websites about content, accounts, or transactions are governed by their own rules. The service does not exempt users from legal responsibilities or liability to third-party platforms.

Availability and Scope of Responsibility

Connection performance depends on local networks, device settings, carrier routing, target-platform policies, and maintenance. VPNWake does not guarantee a connection at all times or in every region, nor does it guarantee that a particular website, content region, or application will always be available. Routes may change due to maintenance, faults, or resource adjustments.

If you encounter an issue, first check your subscription status and client settings. Then submit a support ticket with the error and relevant environment details; do not send your password or complete subscription link. Responsibility for disruptions to third-party platforms, user configurations, and factors beyond our control will be assessed according to the circumstances. These terms do not exclude liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

Refund Terms

You may request a no-questions-asked full refund within 60 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a support ticket in the user panel and provide order information that can be verified. No-questions-asked refunds do not require you to explain why you are dissatisfied. Order verification confirms the payer and refund recipient.

Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refund handling and progress will be discussed through the support ticket; no processing time not specified in the facts is promised by these terms. You can describe any questions about your refund request in the ticket. Where applicable law imposes other mandatory requirements, those requirements apply.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

In cases such as unlawful use, reselling or sharing subscriptions, attacking systems, or repeatedly disrupting the service, VPNWake may restrict access, suspend, or terminate an account based on the nature of the conduct. Measures taken to address risk should be proportionate to the circumstances. If you disagree with an action, you may request a review through a support ticket. Account actions do not remove any refund or other rights available under applicable law.

If these terms change due to service or legal requirements, the revised terms and update date will be published on this page. Changes affecting important user rights will be explained through a site announcement or a notice in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce statutory rights under orders already placed. See the Privacy Policy for details about the handling of personal information.
