Privacy Policy
Last updated: December 2026
This policy applies to the VPNWake website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains the data processed to provide cross-border access services, why it is used, and its limits. External payment pages are subject to the policies of their respective providers and are not directly controlled by this policy.
Account and Order Data
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. The account system processes usernames, password credentials used to verify identity, and account status to support login, subscription management, and access checks. An email address is not required for registration; if a user voluntarily provides one in a support ticket, it is used only to handle that request.
Order data includes the selected plan, order status, transaction identifier, payment result, and refund records. This information is used to confirm payment, activate subscriptions, and resolve billing disputes. The account also retains subscription validity status and summarized data usage to enforce plan rules; usage summaries do not include destinations visited or browsing content.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Information
VPNWake does not record which websites users visit, retain browsing history, lists of destinations, DNS query history, or communications content, or create connection-log records that could be used to reconstruct an individual's online activity.
Temporary session states needed to maintain a connection are used only while it is active and are not retained as access logs after disconnection. Troubleshooting may use error details, client environment information, and summarized status that contain no destinations or communications content. These diagnostic data are retained only as long as needed for investigation, then deleted or de-identified after the issue is resolved; they are not used to reconstruct browsing activity.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and button usage, identify broken links, and improve content. Analytics are limited to website interactions and do not extend to other websites users access through international routes. Passwords and subscription credentials are not used as analytics data.
Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain sessions and save login credentials and language preferences. Users can restrict or clear this data in their browser settings; doing so may require logging in again and resetting preferences. After signing out, users are advised to clear site storage on shared devices to prevent others from continuing to use the session.
Payment Processing and Data Disclosure
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network, which may handle payment data under its own rules. VPNWake receives the transaction result and identifier needed to verify an order and does not require users to provide passwords for external payment accounts.
Data is used and disclosed only as necessary to provide services, process payments, handle support tickets, or meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. When disclosure is legally required, it is limited to data covered by the lawful request and actually held.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained until reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable legal retention obligations are complete. Site analytics are deleted or aggregated once their analytical purpose has been fulfilled. Relevant data in backups is cleared through normal backup rotation and is not reused for routine business operations.
Users can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data. Account ownership must be verified before processing; do not send passwords or full subscription links in a support ticket. If data cannot yet be deleted due to an outstanding order, dispute, or legal obligation, we will explain the reason and scope of retention. Deleting essential account data may prevent continued use of the subscription.
Policy Updates and Requests
Policy changes will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Significant changes to data use or user rights will be clearly noted on the website or user panel. Where separate consent is required by law, the relevant process will be completed first.
For questions about this policy or data handling, submit a support ticket through the user panel and specify the type of data and the request. For subscription and refund rules, see the Terms of Service.
